At Dynamiq Suspensions, we are committed to providing quality performance parts and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all components, hardware, and documentation included.

  • Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from dynamiq-suspension.com.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to:

  • Product defect

  • Shipping damage

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • This includes returns due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item ordered by the customer

  • Fitment issues not validated with our technical team prior to purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Items that have been installed or modified

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Returns received after the 30-day window

Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RMA):
    Contact us at returns@dynamiq-suspension.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  2. Receive Instructions:
    We will provide an RMA number and return shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  3. Ship Your Return:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Dynamiq Suspension error or defective product.

  4. Inspection and Refund:
    Upon receipt, all returned items will be inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the restocking fee (if applicable), within 7–10 business days.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 3 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
